Would members kindly open their 'Profile' and set the 'Vehicle Colour' option in the 'Personalized Profile' section to the colour of their car. Then we should be able to see how popular each colour choice is.

Does anyone know how many Winds have been sold as I still haven't seen that many.

Hi Barbarella as of June this year there were 2232 licenced in the UK with 55 on Sorn make us quite an exclusive club cheers

Yeh, there's not that many of us around, and all I ever see in Scotland is Blue ones and a few Black.

Reason being was that Blue models was the 'Launch colour' up here in all the Scottish dealerships at the time.

Never yet seen another red one, and I had to get mine brought up from the Midlands, as a dealer swop.



I have not seen a 'percentage colour sold' chart yet, but its roughly.....

40% Black (the 'in' colour for the 3rd year running in the UK, before that it was Silver)
40% Blue (the launch colour for the Wind)
20% the other colours. (Red, White, and a few Grey).

Red does seem uncommon, yes. Personally I've never seen a Grey one. Seen all the others, but not Grey.

The smart Roadster is quite a rare beast, but I see way more of them.

Perhaps all those Winds never come out to play?

Oh and next time you're heading for the coast I'll give Ruby Red a wash. But not *in* the Wash, obviously.
